We are live

After months of building in close partnership with real sellers across Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana, Pricifi is officially live at pricifi.com.

Pricifi is an AI sales assistant for social sellers — the people who run their entire business from WhatsApp status updates, Instagram DMs, and Telegram groups. We set out to answer one question: what if a seller's best salesperson never slept?

What we shipped

The product ships with the features sellers told us they needed most:

AI-powered DM responses. Pricifi replies to customer enquiries instantly on WhatsApp and Instagram — answering price questions, confirming availability, and handling size-and-colour checks in Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa, Swahili, or English.

Payment links in the chat. When a buyer is ready, the AI generates a Paystack or M-Pesa payment link immediately, so a warm enquiry becomes a paid order instead of a dead end.

Escrow-first payments. Funds are held safely and released when the buyer confirms delivery, protecting both sides of every transaction.

Order and delivery tracking. Every order moves through a clear pipeline — inquiry, payment, shipping, delivery — with automatic updates sent to the customer.

Manual takeover. Sellers can jump into any conversation with /manual, and hand control back to the AI with /auto. The seller is always in charge.

What is next

We are just getting started. On the roadmap: deeper Instagram commerce integration, more African payment and delivery partners, a mobile app, and a public API so developers can build on top of Pricifi.
