By accessing or using Pricifi (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Pricifi provides an AI-powered sales assistant platform that helps social commerce merchants automate customer conversations, generate payment links, track orders, and manage their business across messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, and others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Pricifi offers Free, Solo, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Fees are charged in Naira (NGN), Ghana Cedis (GHS), or Kenyan Shillings (KES) depending on your country. Payments are processed through Paystack, Flutterwave, M-Pesa, or MTN MoMo. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You may not use the Platform to sell prohibited or restricted items, engage in fraudulent activity, or infringe on the rights of others.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and, where applicable, the GDPR. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pricifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
