User Data Deletion

In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and Meta Platform requirements, you can request deletion of your personal data associated with your Pricifi account at any time.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Product catalogs, orders, and customer data
• Conversation history and AI training data
• Payment and billing information

How to Request Deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your account to:

support@pricifi.com

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request and include your registered phone number or email for verification.

Processing Timeline

We will process your request within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Certain data may be retained longer if required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance).

Facebook / Instagram Data

If you logged in via Facebook or Instagram, you can also revoke Pricifi's access to your Meta account at any time by visiting yourFacebook Apps & Websitessettings.
